Estimates & Service Agreements

Estimates provided through this site or by phone are based on the information available at the time and are subject to confirmation after a property walkthrough. Final pricing and scope are agreed upon before work begins.

Text Message Program

By opting in through our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from Darsee & Son Landscape Services related to estimates and scheduling. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for assistance. This consent is not required to purchase any service.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We do our best to honor scheduled visit windows. Weather, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling, and we'll communicate any changes as early as possible.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon before service begins and may vary by project type (recurring maintenance vs. one-time installs or tree work).

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to protect property during service, Darsee & Son Landscape Services is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage outside the normal scope of the work performed, except where caused by our negligence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
